EASY ITALIAN VEGETARIAN CHILI




Ingredients:
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 1 carrot
  • chili powder
  • olive oil

Preparation:

In a a large soup pot heat a thin layer of olive oil with the chopped onio and the garlic clove smashed with a fork.
After few minutes add all the vegetables finely chopped and stir.
When the mix is getting brown add the tomato sauce, 2 spoons of chili powder and the beans.
Cook for at least 30 minutes or until the tomato sauce is ready.
Serve with rustic bread.
