PASTA WITH GORGONZOLA CHEESE AND WALNUTS

"PENNE GORGONZOLA E NOCI"




Ingredients:
  • 200 gr of penne (of other kind of short pasta)
  • 150 gr of sweet Gorgonzola cheese
  • 4 walnuts
  • Parmesan cheese
  • black pepper (or pink pepper)
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt




Preparation:

Cook pasta as directed.
In the meanwhile in a frying pan saute a clove of garlic in a spoon of olive oil.
Add chopped Gorgonzola cheese to the pan and stir until is melted.




Add to the pan some grated Parmesan, some pepper and coarsely chopped walnuts.
Drain the pasta al dente and drop it in the pan.
Stir for a few minutes, add some more Parmesan cheese.
If the pasta looks a little dry stir it with a spoon of pasta water.
Serve it hot!
