TIRAMISU'



Ingredients:
  • 400 gr Savoiardi (ladyfingers cookies)
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 gr Mascarpone cheese
  • 100 gr sugar
  • 2 big cups of espresso coffee
  • chocolate drops
  • cocoa powder
  • rum (optional)



Preparation:

Make the espresso coffee and let it chill to room temperature, add some spoons of rum if you like.
Separate egg yolks and whites.
In a bowl  beat egg yolks with sugar until you got a cream, then add the mascarpone and another spoon of liquor if you like.
In another bowl whip eggs white, then add them immediately to the other bowl and stir.






Add some chocolate drops.


Put the espresso coffee in a flat bowl where you can dip quickly the savoiardi cookies.
Then build a layer of cookies on the bottom of a pan and cover with a layer of the mascarpone cream.
Start again with another layer of  savoiardi and cover all with the left cream,



Spread the cocoa powder on the top and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

You can also use glasses or cups instead of a normal pan.
