WHOLE GRAIN SPAGHETTI WITH ZUCCHINI, CHERRY TOMATOES AND BREAD CRUMBS

"SPAGHETTI INTEGRALI CON ZUCCHINE, POMODORINI E PAN GRATTATO"






Ingresients:
  • whole grain spaghetti (or other kinds of pasta)
  • zucchini (a little one every 100 grams of pasta - 1/4 pound)
  • cherry tomatoes
  • bread crumbs
  • garlic
  • olive oil
  • salt





Preparation:


In a frying-pan put some slices of garlic with olive oil and saut a few minutes.
You can also add some hot pepper to the olive oil if you like.
Add the chopped zucchini to the pan and cook untill they are almost ready.




In the meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water until is "al dente".




Add chopped cherry tomatoes to the pan and let them cook for a few minutes.
Add some salt.




Add an handful of bread crumbs and cook for another few minutes.
Drain the pasta "al dente" and drop it in the pan.
Mix and stir all for a few minutes.




Serve with grated Parmesan (or Pecorino) cheese.
