PASTA TOMATO & LITTLE GREEN PEPPERS

"PENNE POMODORO & FRIGGITELLI"






Igredients:
  • friggitelli peppers
  • short pasta
  • peeled tomatoes
  • parmesan
  • olive oil
  • hot pepper (optional)
  • salt





Preparation:

Remove the tops of the peppers and cut half of them in half lengthwise,
don't remove the seeds,
live the other half undivided.
In a frying pan: saute some sliced onion and some hot pepper (optional) in abundant olive oil.
After few minutes add the green peppers and cook until they are soft.




Add the peeled tomatoes and salt,
cook until the tomato sauce is ready.





In the meanwhile drain the pasta al dente and drop it in the frying pan with the peppers and sauce, mix and stir for some minutes.
Take the pan off the fire and add parmesan.
